const[VAR] is a small software holding company. We back and operate a tight portfolio of products that share one principle: the people on the other side of the screen are not features to be optimized — they are the constant in every equation we write.

Each subsidiary lives in a different industry. Critical Integrators is plumbing for messy MSP mergers. Imprynt and Pawprynt are digital profile tools for people and pets. DocNCoach is the next bet, this time in the gap between clinical care and behaviour change.

We are operators first. Every product was built because we needed the tool ourselves. We don't ship things we wouldn't use, and we don't add features that don't earn their place.

const[VAR] is run by Tim Klingbeil — a builder, integrator, and long-time MSP operator. The company exists to give the products a shared spine: brand, infrastructure, and a coherent worldview.
